ROC Forms Filing

Every company is required to file various forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs which are either recurrence or Single time. The filing of forms are governed by the Companies Rules or notifications issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time.

These form filing are mandatory compliance for every company and non-filing of these forms may either attract penalty or may lead to inactive status of company or its directors.

ROC form filings are technical in nature and any wrong information filed by the company or its directors or shareholders may not be rectified. Few of the important ROC form filing includes DPT-3 (form for filing of information related to Deposits), form MSME-1 (filing of information for dues payable to Small and Micro Enterprises.), BEN-2 (return of significant beneficial ownership in company), DIR-3 KYC (form for KYC for DIN holders), INC-22A (ACTIVE) (for Geographical tagging and verification of address of companies), INC-20A (for making declaration and obtaining certificate of commencement of business) etc.

Most of the ROC Forms are required to be filed by company or director periodically and few of ROC forms are One Time only.
